Over the past three years, Mr. Gemeinhardt has actively invested in a diversified range of real estate assets, including single-family homes, duplexes, land, commercial properties, and multifamily apartment communities. This experience reflects a deliberate progression into multifamily investments where value can be created through controllable operational and expense-focused improvements rather than reliance on market appreciation.

Mr. Gemeinhardt brings more than 20 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, and risk management to Seven 24 Partners. He is a former Partner at a large consulting firm, where he helped to build and lead national business lines, managed large operating budgets, and advised boards and senior management on governance, financial oversight, and risk mitigation. 

He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida and North Carolina and holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. He is currently a PhD candidate in Business at Florida Atlantic University, with research focused on value creation and operational decision-making.

As a partner in Seven 24 Partners, Mr. Gemeinhardt invests personal capital alongside the firm and participates in investment evaluation, underwriting discipline, and ongoing asset oversight. His approach emphasizes stable cash flow, expense discipline, and repeatable execution, resulting in properties positioned for sustainable, long-term performance across market cycles.

He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida and North Carolina and holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. He is currently a PhD candidate in Business at Florida Atlantic University, with research focused on value creation and operational decision-making.
